Illustration of "Wrong" rating option usage

This BBC article "File-swappers ready new network" about a planned "Exeem" network demonstrates a potential usage for a "wrong" rating option (represented by a rating of -1 in a range of -1 to 100) when tagging rating metadata to content.

Initially it was anticipated that this rating option (see post below) would be used when metadata was unintentionally incorrect, but it would be equally useful if the metadata was intentionally incorrect, or the file/content has been corrupted for some reason.
